Conditions

 

  1. Entry :

Available in writing via fax or e-mail. Entry is considered as a bonding contract. Contract applies to a person filing the entry as well as to all listed participants.

 

  1. Payment :

After receiving the Journey termin confirmation, the pre-payment of 10 % of the total amount due is required, although no less than Euro 50,-. The balance is to be paid prior the Journey begins.

  1. Contract withdrawal :

By the participant is possible at any time in writing. In that case withdrawal costs apply as follows :

    1. -         up to 30 days prior arrival : € 50,-
    2. -         from 29 to 15 days prior arrival – 50 % of total amount
    3. -         from 14 to 1 day prior arrival – 80 % of total amount
    4. -         cancellation without written notice – 90 % of total amount.

In case of change of participant the rebooking charge of  € 50,- applies

 

  1. Contract withdrawal :

By the tour operator, is possible when there is no enough participants (for the guided tour) for the required minimum. Entire pre-paid amount will be returned to participant.

 

  1. Responsibility :

Every participant holds personal responsibility for any harm or accident etc. As well as personal documents (passport, visa, etc.). KOCH Ltd. Is responsible for as per general civil law, especiallity for fullfilling serices described in the catalogue. Changes are possible.

 

  1. Isurances :

It is recommended to sign apropriate insurances (sickness, liability, luggage, journey cancellation etc.).

 

  1. Service returns :

If despite our cautious preparation of the tour, the participant will find reason for the return, the tour operator’s responses are, price discount, contract cancellation and refund in case of significant misservices along the tour. Entries along the tour can be submited at KOCH Ltd., Rynkowa 16, PL-11400 Ketrzyn, Tel./Fax : +48 89 752 2058. Later return entries will be considered, when submited in writing, no later that 30 days after the tour ends.
